90-Day Online Semaglutide Program

The 90-Day Online Semaglutide Program is ideal for individuals seeking to lose weight without the hassle of monthly follow-up visits, long wait times, and weekly in-office semaglutide injections. Semaglutide is a Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) produced by the gut. It is a subcutaneous injection administer once a week. Wegovy causes reduced appetite by slowing the movement of food through the stomach to produce weight loss. This compound is administer with insulin needles. The most common side effects are fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach, pain, headache, tiredness, upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, and/or gas.

Additional Information

  • Initial and refill visits are conducted online/telemedicine only.

  • No additional medications are prescribed for the 90-Day Online Semaglutide visit.

  • You will receive only one vial of Semaglutide/B12 which contains a total of 12.5 mg of semaglutide.

  • Labs are required ever 12 months. Lab work includes comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), complete blood count (CBC), thyroid levels (TSH and T4), and lipid panel. Please make sure labs are fasting (no food or drink 8-10 hours before having your blood drawn).

  • We accept the following forms of payment: debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, After Pay, Health Saving's Account, Flex Spending Accounts, and ACH bank transfer.

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds.

How Do I Get Started?

  1. Complete the Initial 90-Day Online Semaglutide Questionnaire

  2. Book your appointment online or contact our office to book.

  3. Our staff will make initial contact with you to explain our services and answer any of your questions.

  4. Pay your $50 deposit to secure your initial visit (only required for the first visit).

  5. Complete the initial intake paperwork via the patient portal at www.onpatient.com. You will need to receive a portal invite from our company to sign-up.

  6. In the patient portal upload your photo, driver's license, and prescription insurance card.

  7. Lab results should be uploaded to the message center and sent via pdf in the patient portal.
