There has been a steady increase in the number of COVID-19 cases seen throughout the state of North Carolina. To help decrease the spread of this virus, it is essential we all work together by protecting ourselves, neighbors, family, and each other. COVID-19 has tremendously impacted all our lives. Nevertheless, we will get through this but it takes everyone doing their part. At Anew Weight Loss Center, staff will wear facial mask (see Executive Order No. 147 attached to this post).
For our customers: We will require facial coverings or facial masks for your in-office appointment. While in the waiting room or visiting with the provider, it will be required that you wear your facial mask. We ask that you please bring your own facial mask. However, if you do not have a mask you may purchase a mask from Anew Weight Loss Center for your visit. The cost of a mask will range from $2-$10.
For our customers with exceptions: Anew Weight Loss Center understands that some customers may have exceptions which will exclude them from wearing a face mask. If you are not able to wear a facial covering, please consider booking a telemedicine visit or an "open-air" appointment. If you have a medical or behavioral condition in which you are not able to wear a mask please alert our staff prior to your appointment. Anew Weight Loss Center will try to accomodate anyone with exceptions without jeopardizing the health our staff and customers. Due to the enclosed environment at our facility, the staff or provider may request your appointment be held in an "open-air" setting (outdoors).
Please understand this transition has been difficult for us all. As a healthcare company we value our customer's and staff's overall health. We desire to see North Carolina re-open as soon as possible. We desire to see our children back in the academic institutions. We desire to see our businesses stay open or re-open. We desire to go to our places of worship. We desire to travel for a "much needed" vacation. But we cannot acheive this unless, WE do this TOGETHER.
May God bless you and keep you safe,
Dr. Keenya Staten
